Traveling from the Dominican Republic to Curacao and then arriving in Suriname

Blogger notes: Traveling from the Dominican Republic to Curacao and then arriving home in Suriname Hello my dearest Story Time friends from around the world, how is life treating you today? I understand, but remember royalty keeps its crown straight! In today's Story Time edition I want to talk to you about my trip back home. I have been so swamped with doing a million different things the Hoenie way as my people back home like to say. Hoenie is my Surinamese nickname that my uncle gave me when I was a kid. My family and friends took it over and slowly it's become a treasured name of those who get to experience life around me. Well, there are different ways that people in the world can know you. I have to admit that my inner introvert makes me become the kind of person that relates to people in layers. Suddenly flashes back to that one crush of mine who said that he liked that people called me hoenie because it sounded like honey. It's a blogger note, what were you expect

Intercontinental hotel in the Dominican Republic

Eating at the InterContinental hotel in the                                   Dominican Republic Hello my dearest Story Time friends around the world, how have you been? Today I am taking you on a food adventure in the Dominican Republic.  For this food adventure, we are heading to the InterContinental hotel in Santo Domingo. As you guys know I was in The Dominican Republic for a conference on politics, economy, and technology as a Youth Delegate representing the beautiful country of Suriname. 😏 Now that was a great experience because I got to learn and grow a lot from it. This conference was held at the InterContinental hotel where there were guest speakers from different countries that have a lot of experience in the field of politics, economy, and technology. I didn't want to miss any part of the conference so despite landing early that same morning due to the flight delays I didn't want to sleep in and miss anything.  What I did was enjoy a warm bath in the gorgeous bat

Tian You, bubble milk tea shop at the Zanderij airport in Suriname Hello my dearest Story Time friends from around the world, how have you been? The holidays are approaching and I am back with a new Story Time episode. In this Story Time episode, we are going to be talking about a famous bubble milk tea shop in Suriname. Tian You is popping up all over the country. I have written multiple Story Time articles where I mention different Tian You locations in Suriname.  We Surinamese people certainly aren't behind when it comes to the bubble tea trend. The Asian milk tea bubble drinks have become very popular in this South American/ Caribbean country. Tian You has made use of this growing trend in the tropical country of Suriname as they have grown their franchise throughout different districts in Suriname. Now they even have a Tian You location at the Johan Adolf Pengel airport or as we locals like to refer to it the Zanderij airport. Flight delays and the Surinamese airports are al
