Honest Review: Is SoepOso on Costerstraat Worth the Stop? πŸ₯£ If you're exploring Paramaribo , you might find yourself wandering near Costerstraat 20a . That’s where you’ll find SoepOso . While it might not be the most "hyped" spot on social media, it’s a well-known name for anyone looking for a quick bowl of traditional Surinamese soup. I recently visited to film a vlog and see if this local restaurant deserved a spot on your foodie itinerary. You can watch the full experience, from the first look at the menu to my final thoughts, in the latest video on the Story Time U.F.O. channel! πŸ›ΈπŸŽ₯ What exactly is Surinamese Peanut Soup (Pindasoep)? Before we get into the review, let's talk about the dish itself. Peanut Soup , or Pindasoep , is a masterpiece of Surinamese culture. " Tian You bubble milk tea shop at the Zanderij airport in Suriname"

Hello my dearest Story Time friends from around the world, how have you been? The holidays are approaching and I am back with a new Story Time episode. In this Story Time episode, we are going to be talking about a famous bubble milk tea shop in Suriname. Tian You is popping up all over the country. I have written multiple Story Time articles where I mention different Tian You locations in Suriname.  We Surinamese people certainly aren't behind when it comes to the bubble tea trend. The Asian milk tea bubble drinks have become very popular in this South American/ Caribbean country. Tian You has made use of this growing trend in the tropical country of Suriname as they have grown their franchise throughout different districts in Suriname. Now they even have a Tian You location at the Johan Adolf Pengel airport or as we locals like to refer to it the Zanderij airport. Flight delays and the Surinamese airports are almost synonymous😝. Our small South American airport doesn't provide a lot of options compared to the bigger airports in our region. But at least they are upgrading by adding locations. Especially if your flight is delayed, you don't need to check in yet and the sun is hot. What better way to wait for your flight than enjoying a delicious bubble milk tea drink in the tropical Surinamese sunπŸ˜‹. It is also a great place to hang around while you are dropping your friends/family and loved ones at the airport. When I went for a visit I saw a lot of people watching the football game there after they had dropped their family members at the airport. I went and ordered a drink from the Tian You location at the Zanderij airport. I was craving some honeydew and it was good. The beverages that they served received positive feedback from the entire group that I was with. Their drinks definitely tasted better than the ones that I had from Tian You Kwaresan. Despite having a busy line their service was reasonably fast. Suriname is the only country in South America where Dutch is the official language, despite that you won't have any problems communicating in English while traveling through the Zanderij airport. Placing your order, you won't have any communication barrier if you aren't familiar with the local spoken languages. Surinamese people are also really friendly, so feel free to ask for help if you feel stuck during your travels. I made a video for you guys about my short visit to Tian You at the Zanderij airport. I hope you guys like it and until next time right here on Story Time. Don't forget to subscribe, that way you won't miss any of the adventures that I will be sharing with you in the near future! πŸ’“I'll welcome you with nothing but love to the Story Time tribe.
