Hello world, today's storytime has another guest on its blog. I know it has been a while since I posted. But what can I say, you can't force the process of writing. When I share stories with you guys I want to be able to have the time to work on it with all my effort. So I hope you guys will like this article about Stephanie De Randamie. But before you read this article be sure to watch Stephanie De Randamie her video clip so you can appreciate her talent.
Who is Stephanie De Randamie ?
Stephanie De Randamie was born on the 29th of May 1991 in Paramaribo. She started her music career in 2010 shortly after she participated in the national school talent competition Got Talent for Imeao 1. She joined Beatmaster's records and they launched her songs " Me tang" and " Taxi". In 2013 she decided to launch her solo career. As a solo singer, she launched songs like " Reasons for living". Her last single came out on the 31st of January and is named " The gift". Personally, that is one of my favorite songs by Stephanie De Randamie. Let me know in the comments what your favorite song from Stephanie de Randamie is. The gift is a song that is a part of an album that Stephanie will launch in the future. As a music composer Stephanie has also participated in Suripop, she made it to the finals with the hit musical number " Wan Bun Mati" that is sung by local famous Surinamese musician Tjatjie. Because Stephanie isn't afraid to be so diverse her music style isn't limited to one genre. From RnB, Hip hop, soft rock to Jazz and Reggae. Her talent is in her voice, and she isn't afraid to prove it. Most of her talent is self-taught, she did take music classes from Liesbeth Perotti for a month. As a singer, Stephanie De Randamie writes all her song lyrics on her own. Her dream is to break through to the International music industry. Stephanie plans on releasing more songs and film productions this year. Her hobbies are swimming, reading, writing, cooking and singing. I asked Stephanie from where she draws her inspiration. " My own experiences and experiences from the people around me motivate me". This ambitious young woman also has other dreams she wishes to realize. " I want to start businesses, funds, and organizations that will add to the development of Suriname. I also want to make a bigger impact on my actions in business, music, and politics. I wondered how Stephanie keeps motivating herself? " Motivating others gives me the energy I need. I also keep doing things that I enjoy doing," Stephanie advises young people who want to develop their talent to do what they love. " Life is short grab the chances you get. Work on your own personal development. Often it seems impossible to realize your dreams. But when you have questions and need help don't be afraid to ask for help. Do your research, if you want your dreams to come true you have to do everything you can to bring them to life. Do not forget that we live in a tough world, but don't let that demotivate you. Let it be a trigger so that you can work harder and make a difference.
"
When it comes to music Stephanie doesn't have a specific list of artists that she would like to work with. She would like to work together with artists that put effort into making an impact instead of being popular. " I do have one requirement and that is that the people I work with should want to make a difference or an impact with their music," Stephanie says she doesn't have any role models anymore. " I am aware that at the end of the day everyone is just human. Everyone has his or her negative and positive points. So I do not see myself as an idol or a role model. But more as an individual who tries to get the positive out of every situation. Life is short treat everyone just as you would want to be treated. Go as far as you can, grab every chance and stay positive despite obstacles that you might face. No obstacle can be the boss over you, because you are the boss!"
Stephanie De Randamie also has another talent she is busy developing and that is cooking. She runs her own business called Ala Kukru. She is also a member of Schrijversgroep 77 and a member of a new Surinamese Political party called Strei. It is a good thing to know that young Surinamese women are getting active and want to make an impact in their communities and of course for their countries. We look forward to seeing the new album and video productions that Stephanie De Randamie will come out with.
