D**mn It Sharona!

Hello friends, I am back! With 5 days left before the elections, I feel super relaxed during my journey. If I get elected I'll become a member of the Surinamese parlement. This would be a great opportunity for me to help many people! Something, I enjoy doing. If I don't get in, I'll keep helping people in a hundred different ways. I might be a young Surinamese girl, but my idealistic vision for the future is crystal clear. 😉 There is a reason why they say multiple roads lead to Rome!😀😂 Despite my introverted approach at campaigning, I've received so much love, warmth and support from the people around me! As a young Surinamese leader, I'm melting from experiencing the kind of love money could never buy!😅💚 I am appreciative of the journey and I listen to the movement pushing me. Okay, I'll admit it if it was up to me I'd shy away from the spotlight. 😅😆 But in a way, a lot of people manifested this for me. Something my google photo memories reminded me off.😂 I'm new to this field of politics, but what I do carry in my heart is ambition, fiercness and love for the people. Sometimes I feel like there are so many versions of me living in the outside world. Then I came to realize, that none of that matters when you're driven by a pure heart and a creative mind! You have no idea how many people pat me on the back behind the scenes. 👽 My approach might seem alien to the political scene in Suriname. But if you want to create ever-lasting change for the future, you have to dare to dream. Just how my blog started as a dream. 😂😁 I've always said that I'm so much more than a politician! I embrace the spirit of a phoenix. In my failure or succes there is a part of my journey and growth. Pieces I've picked up and carry along with me. I don't know what the universe holds in store for me yet. All I know is that through the ashes, my heart thrives with fire! Passion fuels my desire as I dream a million dreams of the world that could be. 😍 I know that my aspirations for the future of Suriname might sometimes be a little bit far-fetched. But what's wrong with a girl dreaming and building for the future? I might not be able to build a city, but if I create a few lanes that become an easier path towards quality of life for the future generations, why shouldn't I at least try? During my time away from the spotlight in Suriname, I've done so much self-reflection and inner-work because life dragged me on that journey! In my political aura I carry a humble and peaceful approach under the title of servant leadership. Like many Surinamese people I had to battle the hardsips of life! Sometimes that hardship starts with our bureacratic and outdated systems! A touch of innovation can add efficiency in our form of governing and policy making! With good governance and policies in place, Surinamese people will have a stepping stone to achieve their dreams! I want to inspire my people to dream and to build.😁 After years of watering people, it feels like they are pouring back into me during this new chapter of my life!
