Thermo-Dynamic Solutions N.V. that's taking up a lot of my time. My development projects and plans require extensive research, preparation, and planning. I'll tell you more about that in my upcoming blogger notes. I have many early mornings and late nights. 

You know what they say, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Well, burning all of my energy without some self-care, great food, and amazing friends wouldn't be possible! This time, our food hunt takes us for breakfast to a place in Paramaribo called

"Sweets & Brews by Nas".

Being an entrepreneur means you're constantly dealing with problems! It is a craft where your quick wit and resolution skills are promptly tested by the minute! You deal with your problems, the client problems, the operational problems, and the economy! Everyone likes to admire the sparkles without acknowledging how many times you have to be burned before you can even light the fireworks that show the way to your dreams! 

Sometimes, when we spend all day and night working, we forget to take care of ourselves. That's something my friends and I have promised to work on. One of my friends invited me over for breakfast. She picked this spot, which was highly recommended within her circle. 

We visited Sweets & Brews by Nas in Paramaribo Noord. Once we arrived, we picked out a spot in the cozy breakfast cafe. The menu had interesting options like the Philly Steak sandwich, which my friend ordered.

I was excited to go and agreed to meet her there before handling clients for the day. I'm always grateful whenever my friends drag me away from my busy path in life to sit down for a moment and enjoy the smell of great coffee!

We went in with high expectations! Once the door opened, the scent of freshly brewed coffee flirted with our nostrils. We went in with high expectations! It was crowded for a Monday morning. 

After looking at the menu, we decided on our order. I went for the chicken baquette. It was a crunchy, flavorful, and saucy treat for my stomach. My friends chose the blueberry bagel with smoked bang bang and a Philly Steak sandwich.  For my morning coffee, I picked a Latte Macchiato. It was a delightful, sweet brew that energized me for the day! I loved the whipped topping and chocolate syrup.
