Hair Vitamin Treatment From Qian Dai

Welcome back to another episode! Lately, I've been pouring more energy into myself. After the elections, my projects, work and keeping Thermo-Dynamic Solutions afloat, I've been looking like a mess!😤 I'm highly aware that I'm not getting any younger. Life is short, and somewhere I had to hit the breaks. 

Once those pedals were stepped on, it was time for some self-care! 😍 Most days I feel like I'm battling time. It's always a struggle to get the next task done. Each time I stike an item off my list, 10 more appear. So you can imagine how liberating it feels to take some time to take care of yourself. 😅

My girlfriends remind me of this all the time! I'm grateful to have some gal pals in my life who pull me straight when I'm riding a wild rollercoaster in a mostly male dominated field.😁

Sometimes even I forget I'm a girl!😒

Then the girls show up and with a little bit of fairy dust, I'm reminded how much I enjoy taking care of my feminine side.😀😂

My hair was in desperate need of a vitamin treatment! I noticed this spot named Qian Dai Beauty Center. They are located on the Verlengde Gomperstraat. One of my girlfriends recommended I'd give them a visit. Although I'm sure her tone had a hint of " Girl, what happened to you?" hidden in its subtext. 😂

I went to get a vitamin treatment and enjoyed the experience.  Qian Dai is a chinese hair salon, but they do know how to wrap their hands around curly hair. 😍 I enjoyed the relaxing experiences that came paired with a scalp massage. 

My hair was coated in several products and masks. 

One even felt minty, and all of them smelled good! I couldn't stop sniffing my own hair. 😂

The hairdresser revealed to me that he uses Schwarzkopf hairproducts. 

They do take their time with your hair.

So if you're in a hurry, keep that in mind.

They also do facial treatments at Qian Dai.

I was hoping to get a facial too, but they were fully booked.😒
