A Gladiator's Feast: Rico's Foodtruck

A Gladiator's Feast: Rico's Foodtruck Hello fellow foodies! Welcome back to another culinary adventure. πŸ˜πŸ˜€This time, our food hunt takes us to Rico's A Gladiator Foodtruck , located at Wilhelminastraat 40 in Paramaribo. Rico's serves up a delicious array of burgers, shoarmas, and wraps. πŸ” We paid them a visit on a typically hot Paramaribo night, and my friend Dev-Lin was our official taste-tester for the evening. He got to try their cheeseburger and, after we finished filming, he couldn't stop joking about how Rico's was going to "take all his money." Giving it a high-praise rating of 11 out of 10, Dev-Lin's wallet surrendered as his stomach vowed to try every single item on their menu.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… One thing to keep in mind is that Rico's isn't open every day. So, before you head over, be sure to check their Facebook page for their current opening hours. Don't drool too much while watching our yummy food adventure. πŸ˜‹πŸ€€Have fun, and until...

Wake&Bake cookies on the road

Wake&Bake cookies on the road in Suriname

Hello, my dearest Story Time friends from around the world. How are you doing today? As you guys know, I love traveling and going on adventures! However, I also have a sweet tooth. So I like to pack something yummy for most of my adventures. My friends with whom I share my snacks never complain. Sometimes they disappear with my yummy treats πŸ˜”πŸ˜“πŸ˜’. But it is what it is when you're the one with good taste. πŸ˜‹ If you're new to my Story Time blog, don't forget to hop onto the Story Time U.F.O. and subscribe when it appears on your screen. πŸ‘½πŸ‘ΎπŸ›Έ I appreciate all the love and support I receive on my blog.πŸ‘‘You guys help me share my royal light with the rest of the world. 😊😊At least when I get the time too. Behind the scenes, wearing this invisible crown comes with a lot of work. In life, we might face situations that seem impossible to solve. I just want to tell you that no matter what you are going through right now, I believe in you! The bigger the mountain, the more you sweat on the way up. But the reward is the fitness, the conquest, the journey, and the adventure. And right here at Story Time, I believe that you are the main character of your life! Hence, the inspiration to write all those self-love articles throughout the years. On one of my road trips, I brought along some of the cookies from Wake & Bake in Suriname. We already tested their doughnuts in a previous Story Time article. But the cookies are yummy! As a matter of fact, I'm drooling for a box of cookies right now!πŸͺ One of the cookies came with a Bueno chocolate. Some were filled with white chocolate or delicious cocoa milk chocolate. There was even a marshmallow-stuffed cookie! Mostly on these road trips, we stop and get some food from Warung Alensis. I made a video of my road trip to Atjonie withWake & Bakee cookies for you guys. I hope you love it, and don't forget to subscribe! I have a lot more food adventures to share with you, right here on Story Time. After all, when you're traveling to Suriname, you can't ignore our fantastic food. In this blog post, I am introducing my animated logo to you guys. What do you think? The company where I bought my Story Time logo for my blog a couple of years ago offered to design this for me. Before I decide to upgrade it or not, I'd love to have your feedback. We're taking this Story Time animated logo for a test drive! Enjoy the video, and until soon, right here on Story Time!
