Birthday Celebration In Grun Djari Sending out this transmission to land in front of the eyes of my dearest Story Time friends. πŸ“» I am glad to be back with another episode of my life. πŸ˜‚ Don't worry, I make sure to spare you all the traumatizing ones on my blog.πŸ˜›The last thing I want is some extra dosages of Horror. Halloween has already passed.πŸ˜‚ So it might be too late for that. Last week we had a busy weekend. Between everything on our to-do list, we also wanted to head to Grund Djari for a birthday celebration. We were invited to celebrate the 65th Birthday of the chairman of the National Party Suriname. I don't always talk politics on my blog, but I enjoy sharing parts of my life. Remember that I never try to force my political beliefs on anyone. I only share some of the moments of my journey.  We decided to surprise Dr. Rusland with a bouquet. Early in the morning, we headed to the Van Roseveltkade staat. Valentine's Night At Yogh Hospitality In Suriname

Valentine's Night At Yogh Hospitality In Suriname

"Shachem Lieuw In The Rooftop Swimming Pool Of Yogh Hospitality 5 Star Hotel In Suriname"

Hello friends, I am relieved to finally publish this Story Time episode! Thanks to the bad internet connection in Suriname, keeping up with my blog can sometimes be a struggle πŸ˜ͺ. I appreciate it when you subscribe and tune into my episodes. That motivates me to keep dishing out more foodie and travel adventures. Starlink, if you see this hook a South American sister up! 😍❤️πŸ₯° I spent Valentine's Night in Suriname's first and only 5-star hotel. 🀩From the beginning I was excited to spend the night at this luxurious hotel in Paramaribo's heart. The vibes were romantic indeed. 😍Their swimming pool isn't deep but it's part of a beautiful view. During the nighttime, that view gained a life of its own.

As a pool girl, I'll always make the most of my time in the water. I didn't mind jumping into my unicorn bikini and being the only one splashing around during the night. It was a cold dive with the wind blowing hard since we were so high in the sky. I got to enjoy the romantic music that the guitarist was playing. For Valentine's night, the staff at Yogh Hospitality did an excellent job setting the vibe!😍The restaurant had plenty of couples visiting the buffet. They were seated to face a gorgeous view of the city of Paramaribo. Once I stepped out of the pool I lingered on one of those soft pool beds! Just laying down on them and watching the stars was a treat for my body and soul. The fact that their tables lit up like lamps during the night was a pleasing aesthetic that easily impressed me.

I lingered by the pool for a while before retreating to my room. That's where I got dressed to get some food. When you are staying at Yogh Hospitality Hotel in Suriname there are many restaurants and food options within walking distance. Don't be afraid to explore the diversity of the Surinamese kitchen by exploring the walls beyond your hotel. When we returned to the hotel I finally got to taste the delicious doughnuts I ordered from Wake&Bake. You might have spotted their yummy goodies during my previous Story Time episodes.

I made a vlog of our Valentine's night adventure at Yogh Hospitality Hotel in Suriname. Have fun watching the video. I certainly recommend giving this 5-star hotel a visit during your travels in Suriname. They do accept master cards for tourists. Are you planning on traveling soon?
