A 5 Star Breakfast At Yogh Hotel In Paramaribo

A 5 Star Breakfast At Yogh Hotel In Paramaribo Hello, fellow foodies and adventure seekers! Welcome back to another delicious journey in tropical Suriname. This time, we're embarking on a true "Vreet Tour" (or, in English, a gobble tour ) to find the best breakfast in town.😀 Do you remember Yogh Hospitality Hotel from my previous posts? Every morning, they host an incredible breakfast buffet at their chic Vue Cafe , and it’s a must-try. My friend Mistral and I recently went on this foodie adventure together. The buffet begins at 7 a.m., and when we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the vast selection. From fresh, vibrant fruits to rich smoked salmon and even the famous Surinamese Saoto soup , there's something to satisfy every craving.😍 Beyond the extensive buffet, you can also have the chefs prepare fresh waffles or eggs to your liking. I opted for a cheesy omelet, while Mistral chose sunny-side-up eggs. 🍳 The friendly staff gave us a quick tour of the...

Sunday Afternoon In The Garden

 Sunday Afternoon In The Garden

" A young man with glasses using a brushcutter to cut the grass in his garden"

Hello, Story Time friends! How have you been? I've been busy! Life is a game of survival, and each day we throw the dice. But I am sure that's a feeling many people can relate to. The important thing is that you don't give up because you believe in the things you're creating. Some bricks are heavy to carry, but with a lot of prayer and hard work, we survive the punches of the world. We are out working every day from morning until late at night. Although we have a lot to juggle and face many challenges, we still try to find time to improve our environment. One Sunday afternoon, we were busy in the garden. It was time to cut the grass flat. In the Surinamese garden, it's always a battle against grass. We love greenery, but in our garden, we prefer it in the form of vegetables, flowers, and plants. I've made sure to spread out as many Tulsi seeds as I could. There is something about the scent of this plant that relaxes my soul. I ordered some glow-in-the-dark tape. We added them to the stairs. The tape is supposed to charge during the day. It utilizes solar charging to emit a bright glow at night.
When we finish our project, I'll show you the cool reveal. I've also discovered there are a lot of earthworms in our garden. We love to go fishing, but lately, finding time to engage in our hobbies has become a difficult task. I'm barely managing to keep up with my favorite hobby! That's sharing these Story Time episodes with you. I've made a vlog of our Sunday afternoon in the garden. Enjoy the video, and I'll be back soon. Do you want to travel to exotic destinations?
