 Beni's Christmas Palace In Suriname Just like in the photo above this text, I am okay but I am not completely okay. I feel awful on the inside and for a long time it was difficult to find the motivation to return to blogging.  Tomorrow's Christmas, so I mustered all of my strength to at least finish another episode. I've been gone for a while because as usual, life got hectic. But this time in a bad way! As you guys know a while ago I started a company in Suriname. Most of my days were spent creating Story Time episodes, working, doing social work or going along to get a taste of the field.  When we go to clients, sometimes I get to see awesome places. Welcome back to another foodie adventure in tropical Suriname! Hello Story Time friends, today I am going to tell you about breakfast at Eco Torarica. When you book a night at one of the Torarica hotels, you can have breakfast at all three Torarica resorts. Now that's one opportunity that we weren't about to waste! Breakfast at Eco Torarica starts at 6 am and ends at 10 am. If you want to have breakfast at Royal Torarica or the main Torarica hotel, you can do that between 6 am to 11 am. But I'll tell you more about those places in my upcoming Story Time episodes. So make sure to subscribe, if you don't want to miss out on the adventure! At Eco Torarica the breakfast is buffet style. They have many dishes and cereals to choose from. I loved the sausages, they were yummy! So make sure to give those a taste during your next visit. Of course, I couldn't stay away from the coffee machine. You could make all kinds of hot beverages with the tap of a button. There was a cooking station where you could order eggs however you wanted. We ended up ordering omelets. The fruit punch juice was fresh and kept calling my name. Speaking of fresh, there is also a variety of fruit that you can choose from. They even had warm baked muffins, croissants, and other pastries. No matter how picky of an eater you are, there is something for you at the Eco Torarica Buffet. Don't believe me?
