Creek Adventure In Suriname
Fawaka, my dearest Story Time friends from around the world?😁 Fawaka means how are you doing in sranang tongo a local taki taki language in Suriname. I'm back with another travel adventure! This time the Story Time U.F.O. is zapping you to a place close to the Johan Adolf Pengel airport.🛸 Suriname has a lot of creeks in that area. A lot of them have become the homes of many resorts.🩱🏊 But today I am taking you guys to tour a private property. It's been very hot these days in the tropical Caribbean/South American country of Suriname.😅 Living in a country that's covered in more than 85 percent of jungle Surinamese people often seek relief from the heat in creeks like this! Of course, some people prefer the water from the rivers. 🌊If you have traveled to Suriname you've probably heard about the popular resorts that offer swimming passes to take a dip in a cool creek.⛱ Although the sun might be beaming straight through the leaves of our tropical trees, nature still provides a cooling relief! During vacation time ( August-September) it does get warm in this country. That's when the Surinamese creeks get crowded with tourists and locals. 🚌Especially since these places aren't too far from the city.🚦 You'll easily notice it by the traffic on the Indira Gandhi Weg.📹 I made a video of this creek adventure in Suriname to share with you guys. We managed to find some fish in the creek. 🐠Don't worry it was a catch-and-release scenario. 🎣I hope you enjoy my vlog, and don't forget to subscribe to the Story Time U.F.O.💓, I appreciate all the support on my blog. Thank you for reading and I can't wait to zap my next adventure straight into your inbox!
