13 Balloons

13 balloons  I had a bouquet made of 13 balloons. I got them because I wanted to make you feel how you made me feel when we shared our first honeymoon. I tried to hold onto them, like how you held onto me when I needed someone to be there. When I went out to fill them with air, I kept thinking about how I had found the spark that we would come to share. When I am with you, I feel like I have no care.  I could reach for the sky, and you would still hold onto a part of me. I believed that our love had to come from mastery. How else could your eyes keep me in captivity without undressing me? Your mind sparked a fire within my soul that I could not douse. In front of you, I felt as shy as a mouse. In my mind, I’d build an imaginary house.  As my thoughts carried me away, I’d dream of a future that maybe wouldn’t last. They say that when ...

Jacuzzi Time At Hotel Torarica In Paramaribo

Shachem Lieuw In The Jacuzzi At Hotel Torarica In Paramaribo"

Hello friends, welcome back to a new Story Time travel adventure! We are continuing the Torarica Hotel series, in this episode. Torarica is one of the most popular hotels in Suriname. Their brand is well-established in the Horeca world of Suriname. When you stay at one of the Torarica group's hotels you can use the jacuzzi and sauna facility at the main Torarica hotel. You have to book a time slot ahead of time to guarantee your jacuzzi visit. For hotel guests using the jacuzzi and sauna is free. Lately, Torarica has been hosting a lot of deals for locals. I'd suggest following the Torarica group's page to watch out for a bargain! I've made use of their jacuzzi and sauna before. A friend of mine dragged me to nice places like this all the time during my younger years. But since then a lot has changed! Their Jacuzzi is now in the ground instead of above ground. Torarica has invested in upgrading its resorts. If you check out my earlier Story Time episode at Hotel Torarica you will see the difference between their swimming pool and restaurant back then versus now. You can use Torarica's Jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool without staying in the hotel. But I also recommend booking a visit to the sauna in advance. For the swimming pool at this Torarica hotel, they sell day passes. These you can purchase upon arrival at the hotel's front desk. In my experience, a visit to the sauna is usually cheaper when you go with a group.
" Torarica's Price List"

I had posted some teasers about my visit to Hotel Torarica on social media and that came with a storm of questions. 😂 Some of my friends were even impatient for my blog post to come out. So they kept calling me and texting me for prices. Gasp, this is the reason why I didn't link my contact list to my social media. If I had everyone I knew on social media, it be a storm! I can already imagine all the people who would comment that I haven't responded to their messages yet.😱But I love my life either way. Living in this part of South America brings diverse challenges. Yet I wouldn't have it any other way! I manage to do what I do in Suriname and at the same time entertain my foreign audience. If you want to stay at Torarica and you're not a local they have the option for you to book through their website. I contacted Torarica and asked them for a price list to share. They gave me the picture above this text. In the picture, you'll find all the relevant information regarding, the jacuzzi, sauna, massages, and cabana prices. I put in a lot of work to create these travel adventures so that I can share a part of my country with you guys. That's why I'd appreciate it if you become a member of the Story Time community by subscribing to my blog. I made a vlog of my Jacuzzi and Sauna Time at Torarica. I hope you enjoy it and keep an eye out for the rest of the Torarica series. Are you planning on booking your hotel staycation soon? Check out Expedia for great travel deals! They can make booking and planning your next trip a lot easier. As an affiliate partner, I earn a commission when you make a booking through the link. Kind greetings from warm tropical Suriname.💓
